Property Management Intern - Corporate Headquarters

Sage is currently seeking a Property Management Intern to work at our Corporate Headquarters located in Irvine. Responsibilities include providing daily administrative support the Regional Managers as well as coordinate and complete any assigned projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist in all general administrative duties including backup receptionist as needed
• Work on projects, documents of a confidential nature and all correspondence creation and distribution (e.g. letters, memorandums, PDFs, transmittals) including editing, proofreading, power point and spreadsheet creation and maintenance
• Prepare presentation materials, policies/procedures, budget reports and perform analysis of specific projects and metrics
• Coordinate projects and assignments as required with the Regional Managers
• Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, schedule conference rooms and arrange for meals for meetings
• Arrange travel including air, hotel, car rental and meeting attendance and organize and submit expense reports as requested
• Maintain and ensure documentation of various records and files including utilities, capital budgets, operating budgets, incident reports, weekly operations tracking log by region, etc.
• Assist residents in a courteous, professional and timely manner as needed
• Collect updated resident information and certificates of insurance as necessary and distribute appropriately
• All other duties as determined by management
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration or related field, completed or close to completion
• Ability to organize and coordinate work efficiently and to set priorities in a demanding work environment
• Ability to work independently and within a team on special, nonrecurring and ongoing projects
• Strong customer service with the ability to handle requests in a courteous, professional and timely manner
• Ability to present oneself in a professional manor while in the presence of executives and co-workers
• Excellent attitude with a willingness to learn
• Strong computer skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
• Available Monday-Friday, 30-40 hours a week with flexibility
